Girl Scouts of Richardson Bay will host a "Meet and Greet" event for parents and girls interested in learning more about our area troops:

Local Girl Scouts outings include bowling, camping, dances, cookouts, and science and art activities to name just a few. We also give back to the community through projects such as eco restoration, flag planting and clothing, toy and food drives. And Girl Scouts gain valuable leadership skills by selling cookies, mentoring sister troops, earning badges and awards, and other opportunities.

Now is the perfect time to join in the fun! Edna Maguire has two Girl Scout troops accepting new members: A first through third grade troop meets after school two Wednesdays a month from 2-3pm. Please contact first grade parent Laurie Mandigo-Stoba at stoba3@comcast.net or 3rd grade parent Renee Marler for additional information.
