It Takes a Village is a support group and Special Education PTA (SEPTA) for parents of Mill Valley School District (K-8) students who learn differently. Our mission (click through to Mission Statement) is to promote the academic success of ALL students who learn differently--not just those with learning disabilities--through parent education and advocacy. We even have members whose children don't have learning differences. These parents simply want to learn more about strategies to strengthen their children's education.
