Winter/Spring Bird Walk

Join us for a bird walk led by Kerry Wilcox, our Sanctuary Manager and experienced birder. We will view and learn about the waterfowl, shorebirds and songbirds that visit the Richardson Bay Audubon Center & Sanctuary during the winter and spring. Restoration Work Day

9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Bring your family and friends for a morning of restoration and clean-up at the Richardson Bay Audubon Center & Sanctuary. We may be removing trash, invasive plants, or helping with restoration projects. Children 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult. FREE program; RSVP: 388-2524.
Audubon at Home Workshop - Wildflowers and Pollinators

11a.m. to 12 p.m.
Learn about native wildflowers and the local pollinators that depend on them. We'll discuss native versus non-native plants, pollinators, and what you can do to support a strong native ecosystem in your backyard. Workshop is $10/participant; $5 for Restoration Work Day participants. RSVP: 388-2524.
Full Moon Night Hike

Interested in the nightlife in Richardson Bay? Check out our sanctuary after the sun goes down! Learn how animals have adapted to live in the dark, take a hike under a full moon, and look at the spring constellations. Children 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
