Though weather threatened to dampen the fourth grade trip to Sutter's Fort on April 21, it turned out to be an absolutely perfect day - blue skies, good food and lots of fun (and learning) for all! The students learned how to rope cattle, trap a beaver, shoe a horse, milk a goat, build a stool, make a candle, churn butter, weave a rug, do laundry and much more. See some more pictures of the Sutter's Fort trip.
