Set your alarm clocks early on Wednesday, October 5! It's International Walk and Roll to School Day, and we hope you'll join the more than 40 Marin schools expected to help us reach "kidical mass" by biking, walking or rolling to school. Live too far from Edna to make it the whole way? Then consider driving to a spot from which you can realistically walk or pedal part of the way.
We are also seeking "Green Travel Captains" to lead groups of walkers or bikers from pre-arranged meeting sites in their neighborhoods. If you can lead a group in your neighborhood (possibly with a friend), please contact Anne Zarraonandia, annezarra@aol.com or 388-1908.
