What? Book Fair 2011

Why? To support Edna's library, encourage kids to read and get some great books! Twenty percent of all proceeds go to the library for online and magazine subscriptions, books, supplies, and more.

When? Monday, November 14 - Thursday, November 17; 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily

Tuesday, November 15 from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. - Book Chat and breakfast treats with Real Books owner Angela Cozad and children's librarians Lisa Monge of Edna and Jessica Ryan of the Mill Valley Public Library. Get the scoop on the must-reads for adults and kids.

Wednesday, November 16 - Children's Librarian, Naima Dean, will read selections from the fair to students in grades K-2

Thursday, November 17 - Author/illustrator Mac Barnett will join us for assemblies throughout the day; Book Fair Café and Evening Event - 5 to 8 p.m. -dinner, shopping and a drawing for fabulous prizes!
